Please note that made-to-measure mattresses are not eligible for our 100-night home trial and are covered by a 30-day trial and returns period. Our team will explain the terms before you order.
Why do we offer a 100-night home trial?

We recommend using a good-quality protector to help preserve your mattress and keep its surface clean and protected. It should be breathable, allowing the natural materials in your mattress to regulate airflow and moisture as intended.
At Kairo Home, we also provide a reusable zipped fabric protector, avoiding unnecessary plastic packaging.
Which type of bed base is best for my mattress?
Our mattresses can be used on a divan base. We recommend rotating your mattress every 2–3 months to encourage even wear and help it keep its shape over time.
Our preferred option is a slatted base, as it allows better ventilation and supports the natural materials in your mattress. We recommend a gap of 5–7 cm between the slats.
