You may experience all Kairo mattresses in the comfort of your own home for 100 nights. During this period, we invite you to live the Kairo standard of rest as it was intended — unhurried, effortless, and entirely your own.This in-home trial does not cover damage or defects resulting from misuse of the product during the trial period.
Kairo products are handcrafted in Spain by master artisans of sleep. Each piece is made with exceptional care, using natural materials selected for their quality, durability, and comfort.We guarantee that your Kairo product will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 10 years. Designed to deliver lasting luxury, our materials are chosen to ensure years of refined, restorative sleep.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your new Kairo mattress, you may exchange or return it within the 100-night trial period. Should you choose to exchange your mattress for a higher-priced model, you will be required to pay the difference. If you select a lower-priced model, we will refund the difference accordingly.
Mattresses returned within the trial period undergo a meticulous cleaning and sanitisation process. Once restored, they are either donated where possible or fully dismantled and responsibly recycled.
Your comfort and confidence are at the heart of everything we do. If your Kairo mattress is not the right fit and you choose to return it, we will issue a full refund once the mattress has been collected and inspected. The product must be free from damage, stains, or any signs of misuse or negligence.
