The 30-day refund period applies only to the first mattress. Once an exchange has been made under the 100-night trial, a refund will no longer be available.
Exchanges
Our 100-night trial allows you to request one mattress exchange if the model you have chosen is not suitable.
The replacement mattress will also be covered by a 100-night trial, but it cannot be returned for a refund.
Once the exchange has been made, no further exchanges or returns will be accepted.
