The Kairo Home guarantee applies to all mattresses purchased directly through Kairo Home.

Guarantee terms.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault or material defect, Kairo Home will, following assessment, repair or replace the product at no additional cost.

The guarantee applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless supported by the appropriate documentation.

All claims shall be submitted with the original proof of purchase and a full description of the issue at the time of discovery.

Exclusions.

The guarantee does not cover:

Natural wear resulting from normal use
Damage caused by misuse or negligence
Unauthorised alterations or repairs
Accidental damage
Use on unsuitable or insufficiently supportive bases
Staining, soiling, or unsanitary conditions
Damage caused by fire or heat sources
Failure to follow the recommended care guidance may invalidate the guarantee.

Replacements.

Should an original model or fabric no longer be available, Kairo Home reserves the right to provide an equivalent alternative of comparable quality and specification.

Commencement of guarantee.

The guarantee begins automatically from the date of delivery and remains valid for a period of 20 years.
