Your mattress is delivered with exceptional care, enclosed within our reusable premium cover, crafted from high-quality natural fabrics. Designed to protect it during transport, it ensures both breathability and an immaculate presentation upon arrival.

Delivery is carried out by a private specialist logistics company dedicated exclusively to the transportation of Kairo mattresses. This dedicated service ensures a careful, controlled and highly attentive handling process from our atelier to your home.

Unlike conventional packaging, our cover is designed to last. It is not a single-use element, but a functional object that can be reused to protect household textiles or kept as part of your sleep essentials.

We offer a 30-night return period from the date of delivery.

Returns made within this period are processed at no additional cost.

We also offer exchanges within 100 days of delivery, at no additional cost.

If you choose a higher-priced model, you will simply need to pay the difference.
If you select a lower-priced model, the difference will be refunded to you in full.
