Yes. We can adapt the construction of your mattress to meet specific height and configuration requirements. If you need a particular size or height, our team can advise you before you place your order.
Please note that made-to-measure mattresses are not eligible for our 100-night home trial and are covered by a 30-day trial and returns period. Our team will explain the terms before you order.
Why do we offer a 100-night home trial?
Because we believe a mattress should be tried where it matters most: in your own bedroom. Your body needs time to adjust to a new sleep surface, which is why we offer a 100-night home trial, giving you the time and space to experience your mattress at your own pace.
If, during this period, you feel that the model or firmness is not right for you, you may request one exchange for a different model or firmness.
Which firmness is best if I have back discomfort?
There is no single firmness that suits everyone. The right choice depends on your sleeping position, build and personal preferences. In general, we look for a mattress that provides balanced support, helping to keep your spine in a natural position without feeling excessively rigid. If you are unsure, our team can help you find the firmness that best suits you.
Can I add a topper to my mattress?
Yes. A topper can subtly change the feel of your mattress without altering its internal structure. It is an excellent choice if you would like an extra layer of softness, comfort or depth, while keeping the support of your mattress and enjoying a more enveloping feel.
Do I need to use a mattress protector?
We recommend using a good-quality protector to help preserve your mattress and keep its surface clean and protected. It should be breathable, allowing the natural materials in your mattress to regulate airflow and moisture as intended.
At Kairo Home, we also provide a reusable zipped fabric protector, avoiding unnecessary plastic packaging.
Which type of bed base is best for my mattress?
Our mattresses can be used on a divan base. We recommend rotating your mattress every 2–3 months to encourage even wear and help it keep its shape over time.
Our preferred option is a slatted base, as it allows better ventilation and supports the natural materials in your mattress. We recommend a gap of 5–7 cm between the slats.
